Requirements
- You’ve got at least a year of maintenance, facilities, or repair experience (apartment, hotel, or building — it all counts).
- You can troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance issues without breaking a sweat.
- You’re self -motivated and can manage your own workload.
- You have a driver’s license and reliable wheels.
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and don’t mind working both indoors and outdoors.
Nice To Haves
- EPA or OSHA certifications
- Experience in multifamily or property management
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
Responsibilities
- Knock out service requests and repairs for your neighbors (think: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
- Handle unit turns — painting, repairs, touch -ups — so apartments are always move -in ready.
- Stay ahead of problems with regular preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
- Tackle seasonal needs, from snow removal to grounds care.
- Keep up with work orders using mobile tools — no more lost paperwork.
- Occasionally jump into the on -call rotation (we plan it in advance, so it won’t surprise you).
- Coordinate with management and vendors when things get tricky.
