Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building issues.
• Inspect and maintain building infrastructure, including lighting, doors, floors, and windows.
• Assist with installation and setup of equipment or systems.
