About The Position
The Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven is seeking a Maintenance professional. Experience is required, preferably in the hotel industry. You must be a hard working and dependable individual. We are looking to hire immediately. Please forward your interest and resume. You can also come to the hotel to fill out an application. - Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable mode of transportation

- Willing to maintain confidentiality of our guests
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair various items in rooms and common areas of the hotel
- General knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Pool and other areas of maintenance
- Perform a preventative maintenance schedule
- Change and remove trash inside and outside the hotel
- Minor landscaping when needed
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers
- Willing to learn about the Courtyard brand and Marriott Hotels
- Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE with schedule. As we are open 365 days and 24 hours a day nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
