Requirements

  • 12+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
  • CPO certification or pool experience is a plus
  • Ability to work on-call rotations
  • Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • CPO certification or pool experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Prepare apartments for new residents ( turns/make-readies )
  • Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
  • Assist with inventory and maintenance supplies
  • Respond to on-call/emergency maintenance as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
