About The Position

Responsible for the maintenance functions and repairs associated with equipment/machines located in the Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib. Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Practices safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on shop machines and equipment Interprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and other machine repair Performs wide range of electrical repairs on equipment Assists with the moving, relocation, and installation of equipment Moves and stores hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety procedures Follows lockout tag out procedures Proceeds with minimal supervision Maintains and monitors Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products; Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture; Customer Relationships and Networking; Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment; Infrastructure and Asset Management; Preparing and Evaluating Budgets
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced Language skills, Mathematical skills and time management ability
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • Work in confined spaces when required
  • Operate heavy equipment and power tools
  • Perform repetitive movements
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in regular safety training
  • Complete required safety certifications
  • Comply with all environmental regulations
