Summary: Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Requirements

  • General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Organization.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
  • Time Management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
  • Provides counsel to management regarding facility issues.
  • Handles and /or supervises snow removal and landscaping.
  • Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
  • Provides Risk Participation at a corporate level.
  • Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
  • Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.
