As a Maintenance Technician at Peak, you’ll work across a mix of residential and commercial properties, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You’ll have the support of a Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance, clear expectations, and systems that help you succeed, not slow you down. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work
  • Comfortable using a smart device for work orders and communication
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • No smoking on job sites or in company vehicles (if provided)

Nice To Haves

  • EPA / HVAC certification preferred
  • Light plumbing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete a wide range of maintenance and repair work
  • Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
  • Respond to urgent and emergency maintenance issues when needed
  • Communicate professionally with residents, owners, vendors, and team members
  • Coordinate work with the Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and work vehicles
  • Document work thoroughly using company software
  • Deliver high-quality service with the goal of earning 5-star reviews
