About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Fairway Knoll is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for its team. SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, with additional availability for on-call rotation. REPORTING STRUCTURE : This position reports to the Environmental Services Director Salary: $17.68 - $21.78/ hour, based on experience ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY Located in the beautiful community of Germantown, Fairway Knoll is a vibrant community of residents and staff. Fairway Knoll overlooks a beautiful pond and golf course. We are right off Hwy 41 on Mequon Road, offering easy access to Milwaukee or West Bend. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.

Responsibilities
