About The Position

Revolution is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician position in Stuttgart, AR. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving all facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on professional who thrives in a team environment while taking ownership of their work, demonstrating initiative, and consistently delivering results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • A technical certificate or machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • 1 + years of industrial maintenance, such as power transmission/fabrication experience, preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic controllers, such as PLC drives.
  • Industrial, Mechanical, and troubleshooting experience required.
  • Necessary math skills – Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, write, and read while displaying interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and increase knowledge on known and unknown equipment.
  • Must be able to work the night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (4 days on/4 days off, rotating schedule).
  • Ability to periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Frequently lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for 12 hours in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Willing to climb 100+ feet, work in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 + years of industrial maintenance, such as power transmission/fabrication experience, preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and the facility.
  • Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
  • Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
  • Respond to requests by production when mechanical issues have been identified and troubleshoot problems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for the equipment.
  • Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency regarding time and resources.
  • Work responsibly and safely, following all safe operating procedures and policies.
  • Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
  • Communicate with all levels of Management, including intergroup and intragroup communication.
  • All other duties as assigned by the manager.
