About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective solutions for repair.
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repair or maintenance work.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment and order items as necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of company events or special projects.
