IEC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work at our 176-unit apartment community in Union City, California. The Maintenance Technician must have experience working in an apartment community and strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members. Self-starter, work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others. The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday from 8am-5pm and requires the ability to be on-call in case of emergency.
