Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. The role also involves ensuring the cleanliness and appeal of the property, completing work orders, preparing units for new occupancy, grounds-keeping, and assisting with Property Turn. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
• Resident inspections
• Cleanliness and appeal of the property
• Completing work orders
