We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our
team in Langhorne, PA. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety,
functionality, and upkeep of our facility, providing a clean and well-maintained
environment for both patients and staff.

a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Ensure Facility Safety & Compliance – Maintain buildings, common areas, and
patient living spaces in accordance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Five or more years of maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential, hospital or medical settings, preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
• Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility.
