About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong experience in PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting to support operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can quickly diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and support overall equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Prior experience with PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and controls
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to support off-shift needs when required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and implement effective solutions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Support production by responding to maintenance calls in a timely manner
• Assist with installation and upgrades of equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Provide occasional on-call support for 2nd shift operations
