About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carey, Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical experience and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements
