Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years' experience maintaining various building surfaces including walls, floors, and finishes.
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to utilize basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and custodial tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks including patching, painting, equipment repairs, and other necessary replacements.
- Execute preventative maintenance, renovations, and inspections to uphold our facilities to the highest standards.
- Conduct routine inspections across all clinics to ensure operational safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain both interior and exterior environments to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
