To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Title Maintenance Technician Hourly X Location Aurora, OH Salaried Salaried Non-Exempt Department Maintenance Reports To Maintenance Supervisor Supervises None RESPONSIBILITIES Completes maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability Troubleshoots and AC / DC motor drives Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems Identifies parts and materials required for repairs and arranges procurement Informs appropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needs to minimize downtime Maintains safe and clean work environment Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines Performs other duties as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 5+ years’ experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance PLC troubleshooting experience highly preferred; Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledge desired Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) i Good verbal, writing, and math skills Ability to work collaboratively with others Please Note: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Compensation The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $5,000 to $52,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $5,000 to $100,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
