About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Pinnacle Staffing Group Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standard across multiple properties.

Requirements

  • Experience in general maintenance, building trades, or facilities repair
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and use hand and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Building Maintenance: Perform tasks such as painting, caulking, concrete patching, and door/window/screen repairs.
  • Fixture & Equipment Repair: Unclog drains, complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work; replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and similar fixtures.
  • Exterior & Grounds: Handle siding, gutter work, tree and shrub trimming, lawn mowing, snow removal, and exterior painting.
  • Unit Turnover: Prepare units for new tenants by removing debris, repairing walls/floors, painting, replacing flooring and appliances.
  • Appliance & Equipment Repair: Service washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, HVAC units, door locks, and company tools/equipment.
  • Training & Support: Help orient and train new maintenance and custodial staff as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks requiring comparable skill and knowledge as assigned.
