About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment. You will also be accountable for the Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process, educating, directing, and supporting employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance, and managing the maintenance budget. Additionally, you will identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components and perform adjustments, repairs, or replacements of parts, assemblies, and machine equipment, utilizing blueprints for repair and installation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Good root cause problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
