About The Position
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems including but not limited to: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Diagnose and repair PLCs, servo drives, control systems, motors, and sensors Perform alignments, calibrations, and accuracy checks Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Assist with machine installations, relocations, and upgrades Document maintenance activities and repairs Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with low voltage wiring, PLC, and other instrumentation and controls
- Sense of urgency and follow-up.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must lead by example and maintain a positive outlook.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
