About The Position

This is a full-time Maintenance Technician position based in Lincoln, NE, offering a dynamic, customer-facing role with variety, flexibility, and autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at various customer sites, moving away from repetitive manufacturing or assembly line tasks. Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Technical aptitude with a desire to learn.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
