Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Ability to handle after-hours calls.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to high standards.
• Handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
• Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
