About The Position

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the property facilities, including guest rooms, cottages, RV sites, public amenity areas, and business offices. This role requires skills in various areas such as plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Key duties involve responding to guest requests, repairing breaks, maintaining inventory, and performing preventative maintenance.

Requirements

  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair wall molding, caulking, and drywall damage
  • Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair counter tops and cabinets
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair window screens, runners, stripping, curtain bars, and blinds
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair irrigation systems
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair interior and exterior doors
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches and fuses
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair light fixtures
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair HVAC systems
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair appliances such as stoves, and refrigerators, washers, and dryers
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair toilets, sinks, vanities and disposals
  • Ability to perform pest control and removal
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair fencing
  • Ability to install, service, replace, and repair gutters down spouts and connecting hoses
  • Ability to clean drains and sewer lines up to 4”
  • Must be able to operate a golf cart
