About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program emphasizes dependability, a readiness to learn, and hands-on work. It spans 3 to 6 months and is structured into three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, preparing for a permanent role). Trainees receive pay raises as they progress through each level. Upon successful completion of the training, participants are hired into a permanent Maintenance Technician role.

Requirements

• Travel to nearby sister properties for training
