About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a Full-Time Paid Training Program called 'Fix It Forward Program' to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (Safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (More repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (Complex work, ready for permanent role). Participants receive raises as they progress through each training level. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, a comprehensive benefits package is offered. It owns and manages over 400 apartment communities and 110,000 units in 22 states, employing over 2,600 people.
