About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn hands-on work. It typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive raises as they advance through the training levels and are eligible for a career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role with benefits after permanent placement.
