About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. This program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. It includes comprehensive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and a clear career path leading to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. The training program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and is structured into three progressive levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (involving more complex repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (preparing the trainee for complex work and a permanent role). Trainees receive pay raises at each training level and a final increase upon being hired permanently.
