About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. The program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focusing on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (involving more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (preparing for complex work and a permanent role). Participants receive raises as they advance through each training level and a final increase upon permanent hire. The program includes company-paid EPA & CPO certifications and provides a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role. Benefits become available after permanent placement.
