About The Position

Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. It lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises at each training level, leading to a permanent Maintenance Technician role with full benefits.
