Maintenance Trainee | Nashville
About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, 'Fix It Forward Program', designed to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program typically lasts 3 to 6 months and involves progressing through three levels: Beginner (focus on safety, tools, and basic tasks), Intermediate (performing more repairs with less supervision), and Advanced (handling complex work, preparing for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises as they advance through the training levels. Upon successful completion, trainees are placed into a permanent Maintenance Technician role with additional benefits.
