About The Position

Morgan Properties offers the 'Fix It Forward Program', a full-time paid training initiative designed to develop individuals into Maintenance Technicians. This program requires no prior apartment maintenance experience, focusing instead on dependability, a readiness to learn, and an interest in hands-on work. Participants receive comprehensive on-the-job training, company-funded EPA & CPO certifications, and incremental pay raises as they advance through the training levels. The program spans 3 to 6 months, structured into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced stages, covering safety, tool usage, basic to complex repairs, and supervision reduction. Upon successful completion of the training, individuals are placed into a permanent Maintenance Technician role, gaining access to a full suite of company benefits.
