About The Position
Morgan Properties offers a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program, lasting 3 to 6 months, involves moving through three levels: Beginner (safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants receive on-the-job training, company-paid EPA & CPO certifications, and pay raises at each training level. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, additional benefits are provided.
