Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position. In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
  • Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
