Wilson & Company is currently seeking an experienced Fuels System Maintenance Technician/Specialist with a focus on operation and maintenance tasks associated with transportation fueling systems and associated environmental infrastructure. A strong understanding and background in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of petroleum receipt, storage, and dispensing systems, and the ability to collaborate with others to support the goals of Company, are expectations for any candidate. Requirements include: Client interaction and coordination. The ability to be available and on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Travel is required. Experience with computer based maintenance management systems, including work order management. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to fuel system receipt, storage, and dispensing systems, including pumping, metering, associated instrumentation, mechanical/piping systems, and related infrastructure. Preparation or coordination of work plans, work directive documents, budgets, and project schedules associated with civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and architectural systems. Managing and scheduling contractors for repairs. Providing field observation reports of onsite analysis. Collaborating with the internal and external project team to execute work orders from concept to completion including work order generation, site visits, and contractor follow up and verification. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design related software a plus. Create, read, and interpret drawings, and specifications. Provide technical direction to various internal and external design team members when needed. Experience with controls and instrumentation, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and remote access systems a plus. Maintaining rapport with industry vendors and staying up to date on the latest trends and solutions appropriate to relevant technologies and design/construction industry. Compliance with company, client, and project site safety policies. Must have or be able to obtain an eRailSafe badge. The candidate must have a working knowledge and familiarity with several design codes, standards, and software. Some of these may include: Codes and Standards: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME B31.3 National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), including NFPA 30 International Fire Code (IFC) American Petroleum Institute (API), including API 570, 650, 653, 2000 Steel Tank Institute (STI) Underwriters Laboratories (UL), including UL 142, 2080, 2085 Software: Computerized maintenance management systems Microsoft Office software Bluebeam Revu CAD (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation) experience a plus
