Normandy Farms Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Blue Bell, PA. Job Type: Full-time Shift: Monday-Friday, on call rotation & assists with campus emergencies as needed. In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of pool operations, possess certification or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of employment highly preferred
- Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
