About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process

Responsibilities
