About The Position

Are you a hands-on problem solver with mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills? Join R&L Spring as a Maintenance Technician III and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly!

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (5-7 years preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and fabrication tools.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLC programming, electrical schematics, and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Rig, move, and install heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and outside contractors for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain facility infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Fabricate and weld guards, fixtures, and machine repairs.
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
