Performs maintenance and repairs on Club facilities, grounds and building systems/ equipment. What you will do: Provide Five Diamond customer service; troubleshoots, repair and maintain facilities by utilizing advanced skill set. Areas of service include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, tele data, and carpentry; Snow removal on walkways/entryways to provide a safe and hazard free surface. Respond to emergency situations on a 24/7 basis. Plan, support and execute small to medium sized projects working with immediate supervision, AAA Facility and/or other AAA Project Management personnel, Lead improvement research projects. Assist Level - I &II Technicians with their development of troubleshooting skills & repair of the building and its systems. Manage contractor support on installations and repairs, being personally responsible for the quality of the contractor’s project workmanship. Complete thorough walk throughs when at various locations. Create tickets or discuss issues with management prior to ticket entry. Utilize work order system to receive daily work orders, comment, enter time, and close out when applicable. Track and allocates expenses utilizing expense tracking software. Support locations through daily assessment of energy management system. Support vendors and their needs i.e., Inspections, building access, walk throughs, troubleshooting issues. Stays abreast of changes (safety and code) in the field through seminars and other educational means. Demonstrate the ability to perform advanced PM tasks, troubleshooting and repair of building systems Develop and recommend Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspections and procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $30.50 / hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in at least one of the following: Electrical, Tele Data, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Boiler Operations, Digital Controls, Piping installation, etc. Required
