About The Position

The Maintenance Technician lll is a senior-level maintenance professional responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of casino facilities and equipment. This role serves as a technical leader, supporting entry level technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining uninterrupted casino operations in a fast paced, 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years facility maintenance experience (casino, hospitality, or commercial environment preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to complete all required training on a computer.
• Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime and guest disruption.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document completed work.
• Troubleshoot complex facility issues and recommend long term solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and casino policies.
• Support renovations, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.
