The Point at Poipu is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician III to join our Facilities team. Under general supervision, this role performs a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventative duties to ensure our resort’s systems, equipment, and guest areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Schedule Details Our Maintenance Department operates 7 days a week and 8 hours shift will be assign between 5am -10pm including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical repairs.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair resort systems, tools, and equipment with Safety as the top priority.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards to the Senior Chief of Facilities or Facilities Supervisors.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on resort systems and equipment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, work orders, and trouble calls.
  • Maintain monthly inventory, manage supply orders, and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and materials.
  • Complete and update tasks through Asgard work order system.
  • Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) daily.
  • Complete all required training and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
