About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Maintenance III! If so, please read on! As a Maintenance Technician III, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment. You'll work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • 4-6 years of industrial maintenance experience (Maintenance II or similar role).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Any job offer will be based on the results of the background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to fabricate parts from prints (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members on complex repairs and larger projects; share knowledge to strengthen team capability.
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
  • Use manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate equipment manuals, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
  • Identify safety risks, follow all safety protocols, and support continuous improvement of safety practices.
  • Provide detailed reports on equipment condition and recommendations for improvements.
  • Work scheduled shifts and meet all attendance expectations.
