About The Position

Kiwanis Village, a senior apartment community in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our exceptional property management team! If you’re skilled in general maintenance and committed to providing safe, well-maintained housing for seniors, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience (residential/apartment preferred)
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and communicate clearly

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins (painting, cleaning, repairs)
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and safety systems (fire alarms, door locks, etc.)
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance logs
• Assist vendors and support residents with professionalism
