Maintenance Technician II - Village at Creekside
About The Position
Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech II for the Village at Creekside Apartments located in Salem to join our team! We are looking for someone with property management maintenance experience, including turns, minor electrical, plumbing, grounds, pools along with team collaboration skills. Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Pay: $28 to $30 per hour, based on experience $25 phone reimbursement monthly What We Value: Proven experience in property management maintenance Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivation and reliability Team-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and preferred experience with pools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
- Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
- Complete apartment turns.
- Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
