We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Broadway Chapter, our 242 unit residential community located in Fort Worth, TX! Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion. Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark as a Maintenance Technician: Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property. Responding to work orders within 24 hours Complete the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing  Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked Tracking inventory used  Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs Qualifying Accomplishments of a Maintenance Technician: Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician HVAC Certified (Requirement) Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability Irrigation knowledge What American Landmark Offers You: Market competitive salary Comprehensive insurance coverage to include Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, Long and Short-Term Disability Three weeks’ paid vacation per year Industry competitive bonus structure to include move-ins and renewal pool  Education/Tuition Reimbursement 401K Retirement Plan w/ 4% match  30% rent discounted apartment Cell phone allowance Background & drug screening are a requirement. Requirements
