About The Position

Performs maintenance and repairs for the company’s equipment, machinery, and facility; includes light and heavy equipment work. Follows established procedures and adheres to safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Three years of maintenance experience .

Responsibilities

• Performs routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance according to procedures to ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
• Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the facility, including doors, windows, and flooring.
• Provides support to other departments regarding process and/or equipment changes .
• Trains and mentor s new maintenance associates.
• Installs equipment, components, and systems with and without outside services.
• Identifies and reports potential safety hazards.
• Applies corrective action(s) as necessary .
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Inspects tools, parts, and equipment regularly to ensure good working condition , and requests replacements as needed.
• Follows all safety regulations and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Other duties as assigned.
