Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in renovations (required)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Trade school degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including renovations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
- Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained
- Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles
- Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines
- Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies
- Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately
- Attend mandatory in-service training sessions
