About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician I, you are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Maintenance Tech I performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and plumbing repairs. Job Description The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. The Maintenance Technician, with supervision and/or direction, performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, and appliance repairs. The Maintenance Technician completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touchup painting, and restoring apartments to original condition. Requirements
- Must have high school degree or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in The United States of America.

Nice To Haves
- Preferred technical experience and/or schooling.
- Preferred 1+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
