About The Position
LMCU is looking for a Maintenance Technician I who provides general maintenance to all facilities, buildings, and grounds owned or operated by LMCU as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- General maintenance experience is desired.
- Must possess current Driver's License and be insurable.
- Willing and able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Makes minor maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, removes snow and ice from walkways and driveways.
- Performs daily general maintenance duties including but not limited to moving furniture, boxes and setting up for special events, etc.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, spot clean carpets and polishes floors on an as needed basis.
- Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the credit union.
- Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and completing required training.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
