Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician I performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the organization's facilities. This person will work independently and with other facilities staff to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Technician I will troubleshoot issues quickly, repair/replace parts/equipment and collaborate with contracted maintenance specialists to perform repairs. This person follows routine safety precautions and ensures safety procedures are followed at all times. Regular and predictable attendance is critical. The Maintenance Technician I must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call for emergencies or disaster work. Anticipated schedule for this role is Tuesday-Saturday, 10 am-7 pm.
