Requirements

• At least one year of general maintenance experience required; multifamily experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC, and plumbing
• Willingness to learn and obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC)
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas
• Support unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and cleaning
• Help maintain tools, carts, and grounds
• Change locks, filters, and light fixtures as needed
• Respond to service requests and help with on-call emergencies
• Track supplies and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
